About Jen

Jen Lee is a fine artist living on the stunning coast of the Pacific Northwest. She works in oil, graphite, watercolor, and digital media, creating emotive portraits and calming imagery inspired by people, animals, and the natural world.

Jen’s artistic journey began at a young age with pencil portraiture—drawn to how a person’s eyes can reveal their truest self. Over time, her creativity expanded into oil, watercolors, and digital media.

She prefers to capture genuine human and animal personalities and nature’s quiet miracles, including the many emotions they stir. Her pieces have earned recognition for their emotional depth and luminous technique. Whether working with a brush, graphite, or a digital stylus, Jen’s goal remains to create artwork that resonates with soul, beauty, and enduring emotional presence.

She continues to refine her craft through studies of classical techniques, including Bargue drawing and copying the paintings of the masters.  She endeavors to bring both technical skill and heartfelt sensitivity to everything she creates.
