Class taught by Jen Lee
Bargue drawing classes will teach you line control, how to observe detail, learn values, and learn accuracy, even when drawing upside down. This is done by copying detailed plates from the classical master Charles Bargue. Students cultivate patience, perseverance, and a keen eye for detail, ultimately improving their drawing ability. Anyone who wants to be a serious artist SHOULD do the Bargue course. Having an instructor is invaluable in this process.
Bargue Drawing Course available on Thursdays by appointment. $40 per class. Students may provide their own materials, which include an upright drawing board, paper, art tape, pencils, brushes, blenders, erasers, etc. Please contact Jen about materials. $10 materials fee if teacher provides student materials. A minimum of 1 student and a maximum of 4. Please contact Jen if you have questions.

How to Register and Pay
Jen runs classes by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes early to register and set up. One-hour class on Thursdays by appointment. Some schedule flexibility available.
