Artists for Animals
Artists for Animals Donated Art can be seen at Foccas in the Pony Mall & their Facebook page
The idea is simple, really. Artists donate their work to help the animals in our local area. All funds raised go directly to them.
To begin with, we are helping Foccas and Animal Shelter Partners. Foccas has a storefront located in Pony Village Mall in Coos Bay. They will have art on display there, as well as an online album you can buy from. Those items will be purchased online and picked up from Foccas in the mall.
Animal Shelter Partners has no storefront. They will also have an online store similar to the one at Foccas.
Art by the Sea in Bandon has set up a display with items created by their members, with all funds going directly to the Animal Shelter Partners.
If you would like to help with this cause, we are asking for donations of art/crafts priced $5.00 and up, priced by you, the artist. Make sure each item has the title, price, your name, and contact info attached to it. Labels will be created for items hung on the walls.
Items need not be animal-related. Nor does it mean just a painting, but anything we can sell to raise money that helps with the costs of animal care. It can be anything made by hand, scarves and hats, pottery, wood items, felted items, ………it is endless, isn’t it?………..even kitty toys
We are working on displays for 3-D items at FOCCAS, so everything does not need to be wall-hung. Also, the online stores will be able to easily show all. All items are tax-deductible.
You can drop off items at FOCCAS in Pony Village Mall. 541-269-1989 or Art by the Sea Gallery in Bandon.
Thanks for your help, and the animals thank you too,
