I have always liked to travel and look closely at the scenes I see.

I often take my sketch and watercolor memory books with me to record the images and also take photos. 

I use acrylics and do a lot of collage. Lots of cutting and pasting to create a texture in my work.

I do other mediums of watercolors and alcohol inks. Trying different mediums inspires me to enhance my paintings.

Whenever I am out hiking or traveling I love to just look and create a painting in my mind. Nature is so beautiful and inspiring.

I love the ocean in its many moods, trees in  all their shapes and sizes, the forests and all the plants surrounding.
