About the Artist

 I

failed crayon coloring in the first grade. I was the single person not chosen to participate in the elementary school chorus. I was told in high school that my writing wasn’t good enough for college prep English class.

All of these incidents shaped me, knowing that I truly enjoyed each of these creative pursuits. I continued on with life, doing what made sense and what was in my heart and soul.

At the age of twenty-three I planned out my life. Make money as a Theatrical Technician; write and paint as hobbies until my first retirement in 1999.

I began capturing moments on film with a camera, then collaging on my prints, which brings me to this space and time.
