About the Artist
Art by the Sea Gallery and Studio invites you to attend our Reception on Saturday, December 11th from 2-4pm to view the works of Featured Artist, Sunny Kudo, and experience her gourd and relief work. Sunny will be available during the reception to discuss her work
For this display I chose to honor some of the local birds we might see on any given day in and around Bandon. I have done some gourd work as well as some light relief carving on cedar for wall art and also incorporating driftwood with gourd cutouts on them from local beaches. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful variety of birds here. There are many beaches, wetlands, and trails in our area to discover the abundant variety of birds all year long.
Come enjoy the art as well as the company of the gallery’s various member artists throughout the day. Guests may also partake of our ‘grab & go’ snacks and complimentary wine.
Gallery hours are 10am-5pm daily until November 1st.
