Bring your sense of adventure and jump into Art off the Deep End™…

Now in its sixth year, Art off the Deep End™ is offering two new “Intro to the Creative Process” workshops through Art by the Sea Gallery. Classes are open to Adults looking to embark on an exploration of their own creativity. Current participants had this to say about their artistic journeys:

“Art Off The Deep End™, taught by Anne Sobbota, is an amazing adventure into expanding your creativity. I am a fiber artist without a formal art background. This course expanded my thinking by connecting themes, techniques and life experiences into meaningful ways to enhance my creativity. A most supportive and encouraging art experience.” Barbara Lebiedzik

“Annie provides just the right amount of gentle leadership and encouragement so that we continue to grow as artists. I look forward to every meeting and learn from everyone as we share our efforts and challenges. Love it!” Denise

Art of the Deep End™ workshops are designed to inspire and nurture the curiosity and imagination that live deep within every heart, soul, and mind. In a small group format, participants experiment with a variety of creative tools, techniques and concepts combined with gently guided conversations. Together they explore: how creativity works, why it sometimes seems illusive, and strategies that inspire continued personal creative thought and productivity. Workshops are suitable to the practicing artist and the novice, alike; previous knowledge of the visual arts is not required for a successful creative adventure in Art off the Deep End™ workshops. The experiences shared by individuals with differing skills and backgrounds become the catalysts that lead each workshop series to grow organically; this diverse and fluid format keeps participants inspired to learn from each other as they pursue their own pathway to creative growth. Since each workshop is different, participants often enroll in successive workshops to continue on their creative journey.
